Wedding Day Schedule

Nuptial Mass

CATHEDRAL OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION
2 IN THE AFTERNOON

Our wedding will be a full mass. Please plan to arrive around 20 minutes early to guarantee you will be parked and seated before the ceremony begins.

Cocktail Hour

4:30 IN THE AFTERNOON

Please join us in the Forest Room for Cocktail Hour. Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres before the Reception begins!

Dinner & Dancing

5:30 IN THE EVENING

Dinner will be served in the Venetian Ballroom of the Peabody, with dancing starting at 7 PM!

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP by Saturday, August 1, 2026. You may submit your RSVP here on our website. We hope you can join us!

What is the dress code?

Our wedding is a black tie event. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Ladies, please wear a floor-length gown.

Please note that our wedding will consist of a full Catholic mass, and our dress code is meant to align with the reverence and holiness of the sacrament of matrimony.

Please reserve white for the bride.

Can I bring a plus one?

At this time, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Please refrain from using your phone during the ceremony as our marriage vows will take place during mass. We have hired a fabulous team to document the mass and ceremony.

Will there be parking available?

Yes, there will be parking available at the Cathedral, as well as valet at the Peabody Hotel.

I am staying at the Peabody for the weekend and will not have a car. How can I get to the ceremony?

Guests who book in our room block at the Peabody can take prearranged transportation to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception for our wedding. Please indicate that you plan to utilize the provided transportation when you submit your RSVP so we can prepare adequately.

Can I bring my children?

Our wedding will be an adults-only affair. We kindly ask you take the evening for yourself to celebrate with us!

Accomodations

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Peabody Hotel. We encourage our out-of-town guests to stay here and experience the magic of the South's grand hotel!
